Application Requirements

We strive to make the application process as straightforward and transparent as possible. Below are the general requirements and information applicants should review before applying for one of our homes. All of this information can be easily uploaded during your online application process.

  • Every individual over the age of 18 who will be living in the home must complete a separate application.

  • Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 600.

  • We require the last 3 pay stubs and the last 2 months of bank statements for income verification.

  • Applicants should have at least 6 months of consistent employment history. This can include a recent job change or relocation for a new position.

  • If you are moving to the area for employment, an offer letter or statement of employment may be helpful during the application process.

  • Total household income must equal at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount.

  • Credit and background checks are completed for all applicants.

  • If an applicant’s credit history or score does not meet minimum requirements, a co-applicant or guarantor may be required.

Meeting the minimum requirements does not automatically guarantee approval. Applications are reviewed as a whole, including income, rental history, background screening, and overall qualification standards on a first come-first serve basis.
