Move-In Information

We’re excited to welcome you to your new home. Our goal is to make the move-in process as simple, clear, and stress-free as possible.

Prior to Move-in

Prior to receiving keys, residents are typically required to complete:

  • Lease signing

  • Security deposit payment

  • Pro-rated rent payment

  • Utility setup requirements

  • Any applicable pet fee(s)

Move-in details and instructions will be provided before your scheduled move-in date.

Utility Setup

Residents are generally responsible for setting up utilities before move-in unless otherwise stated in the lease agreement or property listing. Utility providers may vary by property and location. Please call our office to get the contact for ultility providers for your specific property.

Move-in Inspection

An annual property inspection is typically completed at the beginning of each move-in and each subsequent lease renewal. This is to protect both tenants and property owners, as well as prevent deferred maintenance.
